This Hardcover Edition covers the following areas: Portugal, Spain and Spanish Andorra
The editorial improvements are spread over the entire work. The cataloging of Andorra and Spain, as well as their vending machine stamps, now contain references to the decirculation of the peseta stamps. Portugal’s expired escudo machine brands have also been extended by a corresponding footnote. We also added the validity note to several issues for the Azores. With a batch of bows from Andorra, we checked the stamp arrangements of the 1980s and 1990s for their accuracy. The bird on the express stamps MiNr. We have now been able to identify 27 and 43 as a bearded vulture. In Portugal, we also discovered a new variety that lacks the color black and thus the inscriptions. Collectors of vending machine stamps benefit from more precise information on the “CORREIO AZUL” imprints. In addition, we have added circulation figures to the Spanish premium sheets. This year, Portugal and Spain are once again showing themselves to be spending collecting areas. Together, the two countries have almost 11,000 MICHEL numbers.
