HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES – PLEASE NOTE: If you are looking to insure delivery before Christmas, please place your order by December 16, 2021 for in-stock items. If the item shows as currently backordered, most likely due to continued global logistics issues, those items may not arrive before Christmas. We have our next shipment arriving in early November which should fulfill most, if not all, backorders placed prior. If you are placing your order after November 1, and the item is backordered, the item(s) would not arrive until after the holidays.

If your timeline is tight and would like to ship your products at an additional cost, we can ship by UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Express Mail to guarantee an arrival date, please give us a call and we will insure you get the products you need in the time required.

We are confident that our products will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 60 days of receipt, you may return any merchandise for a full refund (minus applicable shipping costs*). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and packaging, not be damaged, unworn and unaltered in any way and must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap when applicable. If it is not returned in its original packaging, the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please contact us for instructions before returning your purchase to insure your refund. You must call SAFE for any reason of product return. You will receive a return authorization number (RA#) that must be written on the outside of the package.
If a package is not able to be delivered by for any reason and returned to SAFE, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost (minimum $9.95), plus the cost of returned shipping, as well as shipping costs to be resent if you desire.
* All personalized/customized items such as labels and tags are not returnable unless customization was not as specified in your order. Customizable cases and albums that were specially prepared for you, are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus shipping costs.
Return due to satisfaction guarantee:
- Customers have 60 days from delivery date to notify SAFE of your intent to return an unsatisfied product. This will reduce the time required to process your refund or item replacement. You will be refunded 100% of the purchased price; we do not refund the original or return shipping charges unless product return is due to manufacturing defects.
- All returned merchandise must be received in resalable condition in it’s original packaging. We strongly suggest that you use a secure packing method with insurance when returning your items, since we cannot be responsible for the items not being received at SAFE.
- You will receive the refund upon our receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
Return due to damage caused by shipping:
- Customers have 3 business days from delivery date to notify SAFE of your intent to file a claim due to damage in transit. It is necessary for us to file a claim with the carrier prior to the return of damaged goods.
- It is also required that you save the shipping carton and all packing materials until a claim is completely processed by the shipping company.
International Returns: SAFE cannot refund any duties, taxes or fees you paid on the order. If a package is undeliverable as addressed, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, plus any costs of returned shipping, as well as shipping costs to be resent if you desire.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return the product to us within 60 days after receiving your order, for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs. In order to ensure a refund, the product must be returned unused, in new condition, with the original manufacturer’s box and packaging materials. Customer is responsible for repacking and preparing the return, and all packages must be insured for the full retail value. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number . This can be obtained by email our calling our customer service department. Our shipping department cannot accept any return not accompanied by an authorization code and no refund will be issued.

** For our collectors outside the Continental United States we ship using USPS Global Priority Mail. Please select the appropriate country/region at checkout to determine shipping costs. Unfortunately due to high theft rates, we currently only ship to Canada and Australia & New Zealand, as well as, US Territories. All customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
* For returns of orders that qualified for FREE shipping, a $9.95 flat shipping and handling charge will be applied to the original order to cover shipping costs.
Orders entered with incorrect address/delivery information may be charged an address correction fee of $12.00 if charged by carrier. Unfortunately this is out of our control.
Additionally, if you have a “Signature on File” with UPS, although we ship the package with Signature Required, they may drop it at your location without a signature. If this happens, since you signed the release with UPS, SAFE can not take any responsibility for non-delivery of the package. Since your agreement is directly with UPS. We are sorry about this. You can also request USPS Priority Mail when ordering if this is a problem for you.
