1. How do you calculate Shipping Charges? Orders within the Continental US are charged $9.95 on orders under $99, and are otherwise FREE within the Continental US. Orders outside the continental US generally have shipping charges generally between $29.95 and $59.95 with some exceptions. When you enter your order online, you will have the ability to estimate the shipping charges before you place your order. You can read more about our shipping charges and guarantee.
2. What payment do you accept? We accept Wire Transfers, Checks, Paypal and all major credit cards. If you wish to pay by check, rather than entering your order online, complete this order form and mail it in with your check. All prices on our website are in US Dollars
3. Do you charge sales tax? For U.S. orders, sales tax charged ONLY for delivery within the states of Pennsylvania and Florida.
4. What about customs duties outside of the US? For International orders, any customs, duties and taxes charged by your country will be payable by you upon receipt of delivery.
5. Where are you based out of? We are in Southeastern Pennsylvania, about 1 hour outside of Philadelphia.
6. Do you have a store that I can visit? We do not have a traditional retail operation with open office hours. However, if you are in the local area, appointments can be made to see certain products by calling us at 877-395-7233
7. What is your Return Policy? We are confident that our products will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 60 days of receipt, you may return any merchandise for a full refund (minus applicable shipping costs*). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and packaging, not be damaged, unworn and unaltered in any way and must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap when applicable. If it is not returned in its original packaging, the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Feel free to read our entire return policy on our website.
8. Is your website secure for entering my credit card information? Absolutely, we are PCI-DSS compliant to insure safety of your information. Feel free to read our entire security policy if you are interested. But if you are still not comfortable, complete this order form and and either mail it or fax it to (215) 987-4134.
