If you typed in our website address and landed on something that looks completely different than what you're used to, that's okay. You're in the right place. This is still SAFE Collecting Supplies — same company, same team, same products you've trusted for years. The only thing that's different is the website itself.
We know a brand-new layout can feel disorienting, especially after years of knowing exactly where everything was. So let's walk through what's actually changed, and more importantly, what hasn't.
What Hasn't Changed
- The quality of our products. Everything you've ordered from us before is still made the same way, to the same standard.
- Our team. The same people who have helped you over the phone or by email are still here, ready to help.
- Our product numbers. If you have an old catalog at home, or remember a SKU or item number from a past order, it still works! Just type it directly into the search bar at the top of the page, and it will bring up the exact product you're looking for.
What Has Changed
- The layout. Categories are organized differently now, with the goal of making things easier to find, not harder.
- The way you search. Speaking of which — search is now faster and more accurate than before. If you're ever unsure where something is, skip the menus entirely and just type what you're looking for into the search bar. It will almost always get you there in one step.
