Orders within the Continental US are charged $9.95 on orders under $99 and are otherwise FREE within the Continental US. Orders outside the continental US generally have shipping charges generally between $29.95 and $59.95 with some exceptions. All in-stock items are ALWAYS shipped out within 24-48 hours unless otherwise stated. An order confirmation along with an email with the package tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment. Orders based within the continental U.S. will take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive. For orders outside of the continental U.S. & special orders, deliveries can take anywhere from 8-10 weeks. Additional delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If your timeline is tight and would like to ship your products at an additional cost, we can ship by UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Express Mail to guarantee an arrival date, please give us a call and we will insure you get the products you need in the time required.

For U.S. orders, sales tax charged ONLY for delivery within the states of Pennsylvania and Florida. For orders outside of the U.S., please view the question above regarding customs duties.

We are confident that our products will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 60 days of receipt, you may return any merchandise for a full refund (minus applicable shipping costs*). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and packaging, not be damaged, not used and unaltered in any way and must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap when applicable. SAFE is located in Southeastern Pennsylvania, about 1 hour outside of Philadelphia.
