For years, you've trusted SAFE® Collecting Supplies to protect & display your collection — and that hasn't changed one bit. What has changed is our website. We've moved to a new platform that's faster, cleaner, and easier to navigate, and we wanted to walk you through it before you start browsing.
We know any change to a familiar website can feel a little disorienting at first, especially if you've been ordering from us the same way for years. So we put together this quick guide to answer the questions we expect you might have.
Why did the site change?
Our old website had grown a bit cluttered over time, and pages could be slow to load. We wanted browsing to feel simple again — quicker pages, clearer categories, and a more logical layout overall, so finding what you need takes less time and less guesswork.
Is this still the same SAFE® Collecting Supplies?
Yes — same family-run business, same products, same team. The only thing that's new is the website itself. Everything else about who we are and how we treat our customers stays exactly the same.
Where did my favorite products go?
Products are now organized into cleaner, more logical categories, so things should actually be easier to find than before. If a product isn't where you expect it, try the search bar at the top of the page — typing in a product name or keyword will bring it right up. If you still have trouble, please reach out to us so we can assist.
How do I find products that work with my system?
This is one of the biggest improvements. Before, it could be confusing to figure out which page belonged to which album, etc. Now, you can filter products by your specific system — album, drawer, and others — so you only see items that are actually compatible with the system you already own. No more guessing or cross-checking.
What about my past orders?
Orders from the past two years are already here on the new site to make it easier to find the products you have purchased in the past.
What if I get stuck?
That's what we're here for. If you can't find something, aren't sure how a feature works, or just want to talk to a person instead of clicking around — give us a call or send an email. There's no such thing as a silly question, and we're glad to help.
