When used behind transparent single-pocket pages, the interleaf acts as a clean backdrop — blocking the contents of the next page from showing through and letting each piece stand on its own without visual interference. For collectors organizing diverse materials across a single album, they also work beautifully as section dividers, creating clear breaks between categories the same way a tabbed divider separates subjects in a binder.
