These rotary cutters are the perfect accessory for the philatelist, photographer, and hobbyist. Fast, simple, and accurate cutting or trimming of single paper, photos, or film. The equipment of the tool guarantees exact cutting. Paper is held in position by a see-through plastic clamp.
To cut in either direction, just move the platic housing containing the rotating circular blade. 
The rotary cutter has a self-sharpening blade that rotates in a plastic casing, therefore avoiding accidents.
The base has cm/mm measurements accross the top and down the cutting edge, also inch measurement down the cutting edge, including formats for DIN sizes. Standard photo-formats are printed on the base.
